Team invites used to go to whichever brand was selected in the picker at the top of the page, and the Team tab never said which one that was. Now you choose the brands yourself, right in the invite row.
What changed
- Brand picker in the invite row. Enter an email, tick the brands you own, pick a role and send. The brand you're viewing is ticked by default, and "Select all" covers everything you own. Each brand sends its own invite email, so the person knows exactly what they're joining.
- Each person's brands and roles in 1 place. Every member on the Team tab now shows a tag for each brand they're on and their role there, for example "Webflow ยท owner". The tags are yellow for Visibility brands and pink for Reputation brands, the same colors as the brand picker.
- The brand is always named. The header, the pending invites and the member count all say which brand you're looking at.
- A new icon for Viewer. Viewer now uses a book icon, so the eye only ever means Visibility.
Roles are still set per brand. Someone can be an editor on 1 brand and a viewer on another. To invite with different roles, send 1 invite per role.
Why it matters
Agencies and teams with several brands were inviting the same person over and over, switching brands between each invite, and still couldn't be sure who had access to what. Now 1 invite covers as many brands as you need, and you can check anyone's access at a glance.
