Published reports could be revoked before — the share link would stop working — but not deleted outright. Now you can.
What changed
- The Delete option on a report now works even after it's been published; deleting it kills the shareable link immediately.
- A confirmation dialog shows the report title, with an extra warning for published reports that the share link will stop working.
- Viewers without edit access don't see a Delete option; owners and editors do.
Why it matters
Reports pile up. Being able to fully remove the ones you no longer need — instead of only hiding them — keeps your reports list useful, and gives you a clean way to pull a link the moment it's outdated.
