Every audit now lands on one of three clear states:
- AI Ready when the core signals are in place
- Fairly Ready when a few fixes will move the needle
- Not Ready when there is meaningful work to do
Readability is now shown as supporting context rather than a pass or fail, so the headline verdict stays focused on what actually affects AI visibility.
